Welcome to P.E.A.C.E.

P.E.A.C.E. Founder Brother Damond Warren believes Education is Liberation!

A veteran educator with more than 30 years of experience, Brother Warren is passionate about ensuring Educational Equity for all children! He has served the Philadelphia Tri-State area as a Teacher, Dean of Students, Head Football Coach, Assistant Principal, and Principal.

While leading in each of these roles, he has fostered environments where Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion were at the forefront of the work he did daily! He was taught early on in his career about the utilization of Restorative Practices, with an emphasis on Circles.

He has always believed that people mastering their Emotional Quotient is more important than simply focusing on their Intellectual Quotient. This is why he created his new brand of merchandise, EQ Over IQ = A Better You! See our Shop above to purchase!

Brother Warren holds Master's Degrees in both Elementary and Special Education from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. He was also a Cohort Participant with the Philadelphia High School Leadership Project in 2012. He also holds the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. He is a certified Restorative Practices Practitioner who earned his certification from the International Institute of Restorative Practices.

In 2020 Brother Warren created Please Educate All Children Equally (P.E.A.C.E.) to provide educator workshops, mentoring, and a platform to discuss various topics to help make our communities a better place to live!

See below to see what we have been doing. Please contact us if you are interested in what Brother Warren and P.E.A.C.E. has to offer!
